Pay Per Post vs. Subscription Based Posting
Pay Per Post: The cost to post a single job on WorkforceUSA.net is $50. Your posting will remain online for 60 days; unless an earlier end date is specified. There are no account setup charges, but an additional fee is required for your job announcement to appear on the home page as the Featured Job of the Day. If you would your job announcement to appear for 90 days, an additional cost of $15 is required.
Subscription Based Posting: If you have multiple job announcements, you can take advantage of our subscription based job posting program. The subscription will allow you to post an unlimited amount of jobs for a term. Your job announcement will remain online for up to 90 days. If you are enrolled in a plan longer than the 3 month plan, you will have the option to repost the job at no additional cost. The term begins when your job is approved and payment is confirmed. The Premium Pricing package allows you to have any job you posted featured as a Job of the Day. Total days for quarters are calculated using 30 days.
Featured Job of the Day
If you are looking for increased exposure for your jobs, select the Featured Job of the Day or Premium plan. Visitors of the site can learn about the job from the home and other main pages on the site. You can select which day in the month you would like your job to appear. Jobs that appear on Friday will remain on the homepage until Monday. The cost of this feature varies depending on the plan you select. For all standard plans and the Pay Per Post plan, you pay an additional $25 to make your job the Job of the Day. Premium subscription packages allow you to make all jobs that you post the Feature Job of the Day.
Job Posting Policy
WorkforceUSA.net has a “No Refund Policy.” Once your job announcement is approved and payment has been submitted, the sale is final. If technical difficulties on our site prevent users from viewing the job section, we will extend posting of that job for the period of inaccessibility.
WorkforceUSA.net subscription packages may only be used by the organization name specified during account registration and job subscription plan selection. Package rates are limited to the named organization and do not include affiliates or member organizations. WorkforceUSA.net also limits the number of positions that one organization can advertise on the site at any given time to 10.
How to Post
Posting jobs on the WorkforceUSA.net Job Board is simple. All you need to do is log on to the site and follow a few easy steps. To log on to our site, you must be registered. Registration is free and easy. To register now, click on the Register Now link.
Once logged in, click on Post a New Job on Jobs page. You will be required to enter your organization name if you did not provide one at registration. Contact information will be included for each job posting so applicants can contact you directly. If you have an existing "Apply Online": feature on your site, we can link to it at no additional charge. This lets you receive applications in the same format as your organization is already using.
After posting a job, you will have the ability to modify the details, extend the posting expiration date, update as a Featured Job of the Day or remove the job posting through myWorkforceUSA.
